I. How Service Works & Waste Is Disposed

• How does your service work?
  We visit your property on your scheduled day, thoroughly inspect and clean all designated areas your dogs access, double-bag the waste, and place it in your on-site trash bin (or haul it away if requested).

• Do I need to be home?
  No. As long as we have gate access to your yard, we’ll complete the service even if you are away.

• How do I know when service is completed?
  We text you a photo of your yard and/or locked gate immediately after completing the service.

• Do you disinfect your equipment?
  Absolutely. We sanitize all equipment and footwear between properties to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.
   

II. Schedules, Service Days & Reminders

• How often do you service yards?
  We offer once-a-week, twice-a-week, every-other-week, and custom service plans.

• What days and hours do you operate?
  We work Monday through Saturday (except holidays), typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (unless special times are requested).

• How will I know my service time?
  We’ll establish a convenient day and approximate time frame, and we'll text you the morning of your service day to confirm an approximate timing.

• What if my gate is locked on service day?
  We’ll try to contact you first. If we can't get in or get in touch, we’ll reschedule your visit for another day on a similar route.
   

III. Pricing, Contracts & Sign-Up

• How much does it cost?
  Rates start as low as $19/week (for 1 dog, 1 time/week in a small yard). Pricing varies based on the number of dogs, the dedicated area within the yard, and the frequency of service.

• Are there contracts or cancellation fees? No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can start, pause (for up to 2 weeks), or cancel at any time with 1 week's notice before your service day. 

• Do you offer one-time cleanups?
  Not at this time. We specialize exclusively in recurring service plans to keep your yard consistently clean.

• How do I sign up?
  Request a quote on our website or contact us by phone/text to choose your plan.
   

IV. Service Areas & Rural Coverage

• What areas do you serve? We proudly serve Eagle County, including Dotsero, Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Avon, Minturn, Vail, and surrounding communities.

• Do you service rural locations? Until further notice, we'll have limited availability in rural areas located far from the I-70 corridor.
   

5. Dogs, Initial Visits & Staff

• What if my dog is outside during service?
  Friendly dogs are fine! If a dog seems aggressive or unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

• Do you bring treats?
  Yes! We bring high-quality treats for customers who permit us to share them with their pets.

• What happens on the first visit?
  We do our best to meet you and your pets to learn about your specific needs.

• Will it be the same team member every time?
  We use dedicated routes so you get consistent staff, but if we need a substitute staff member, we'll  introduce them in advance.
   

6. Weather & Winter Cleanups

• Do you clean year-round?
  Yes, we operate in every season—including Winter—as long as weather conditions are safe.

• What happens when it snows? If waste is accessible, we'll remove it. If heavy snow covers the waste, we’ll pick it up on the next visit after the snow melts.
